Uphill Deduster SZS230
The Tablet deduster SZS230 is an upward conveying and dedusting system for tablets and capsules. Dedusting is achieved through vibration, compressed air and vacuum dust extraction. The tablets are pushed by adjustable vibration up long perforated stainless steel tray to shake off the dust and compressed air blows it through central dust collector. The dust is finally removed through the central tube. Vibration is easily adjustable using a Digital Vibration Controller. All parts coming in contact with product are made of stainless steel type 316L and cover is made of acrylic

Tablet Deduster SZ300
The SZ300 is a reliable system where dedusting is archived by gentle vibration combined with air and vacuum dust collection. Tablets are moved downward around perforate spiral conveyer. Vibration is easily adjustable using a Digital Vibration Controller. First the tablets are pushed by vibration down a perforated stainless steel tray to shake dust off. When the tablets reach the perforated bottom tray, the compressed air blows off any remaining dust. Finally a vacuum dust collector removes the dust. All parts coming in contact with product are made of stainless steel and cover is made of acrylic

Colloid Mill
Colloid mills are especially designed for the production of colloidal solutions, or extremely fine emulsions and suspensions. The high tip speeds, combined with an extremely small shear gap, produces intense friction on the material being processed. The friction and shear that result is commonly referred to as wet milling. The rotor and stator is cone shaped, and have three stages of increasingly fine serrations, or grooves. The stator can be infinitely adjusted to obtain the desired gap setting between the rotor and stator. The grooves change directions in each stage for increased turbulence. With high quality finishes and materials, the Mill offers an extremely efficient milling geometry

Pharmaceutical Powder Recovery and Dust Containment
Control excess dust from powder filling machines. Our technology offers the ultimate in powder containment solutions. Traditionally, waste material from powder filling equipment such as tablet presses and capsule filling machines is piped away to a central dust collector located in a plant room. This system allows collection of these waste materials to be kept within the controlled environment of the process room.
